New dedicated server billing cycles<\/h2>\n

We are extremely pleased with the latest\u00a0upgrade<\/a> we made to our dedicated servers. We’ve improved the hardware of the existing setups and added 8 new configurations.<\/p>\n

Up until very recently, the monthly payment period was the only option available for our dedicated server packages.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the new update the dedicated server customers can now take advantage of 3 and 6-month billing cycles in addition to the standard monthly payment option.<\/p>\n

The dedicated server table had to be visually updated in order to accommodate the two new billing periods.<\/p>\n

The new billing period selector is located right above the 3 dedicated server tables (Atom, AMD and Xeon).<\/p>\n

New dedicated server discounts<\/h2>\n

Each of the new billing periods comes with a discount on the default monthly price.<\/p>\n

Attached to the 3-month billing cycle is our 10% discount off of the standard monthly price.<\/p>\n

The 6-month billing period on the other hand, would provide customers with 20% off of their standard monthly price.<\/p>\n

Customers can easily see the difference between the regular monthly price and the discounted quarterly and semi-annual prices by switching between the 3 billing period options. After that, each customer will be able to select the most suitable option for them.<\/p>\n

Customers will be able to take advantage of the new billing periods for as long as they like. Once the period expires they\u2019ll be able to renew it for another 3 or 6 months, or switch back to the standard monthly billing option.<\/p>\n

How are the dedicated server discounts calculated<\/h2>\n

It is almost impossible to beat our quarterly and semi-annual billing period discounts. In order to maintain the competitive retail price levels we\u2019ve deducted the discount from the given package\u2019s wholesale price and the monthly profit you have set.<\/p>\n

To give an example – in case a customer orders the Atom 1 dedicated server (the wholesale price is $60\/mo) for 3 months and you have set a monthly profit of $15, the final 10%-OFF price the customer will have to pay will be formed by adding the discounted wholesale price ($54\/mo) to your discounted monthly profit ($13.5), i.e. $54\/mo + $13.5\/mo = $67.5\/mo.
\nYou can see the discounts for the 3 and 6-month billing periods in your Reseller Control Panel. They are based on the particular package\u2019s retail price.<\/p>\n

The two new columns are located\u00a0in the \u2018Dedicated Offers\u2019 section:<\/p>\n

The new table that you can see right below the dedicated server packages in the \u2018Dedicated Prices\u2019 section features the monthly prices for the 3 and 6-month billing periods. It also displays the quarterly\/semi-annual profit that you\u2019ll make when the discount is applied.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, based on the billing period your customers have selected you\u2019ll be able to see the final retail price they\u2019ll have to pay.<\/p>\n
