Plus, the dedicated server discounts are here to stay. The are not short-lived offers that you can find during occasions such as the Cyber Monday.

New dedicated server billing cycles

We are extremely pleased with the latest upgrade we made to our dedicated servers. We’ve improved the hardware of the existing setups and added 8 new configurations.

Up until very recently, the monthly payment period was the only option available for our dedicated server packages.

Thanks to the new update the dedicated server customers can now take advantage of 3 and 6-month billing cycles in addition to the standard monthly payment option.

The dedicated server table had to be visually updated in order to accommodate the two new billing periods.

The new billing period selector is located right above the 3 dedicated server tables (Atom, AMD and Xeon).

New dedicated server discounts

Each of the new billing periods comes with a discount on the default monthly price.

Attached to the 3-month billing cycle is our 10% discount off of the standard monthly price.

The 6-month billing period on the other hand, would provide customers with 20% off of their standard monthly price.

Customers can easily see the difference between the regular monthly price and the discounted quarterly and semi-annual prices by switching between the 3 billing period options. After that, each customer will be able to select the most suitable option for them.

Customers will be able to take advantage of the new billing periods for as long as they like. Once the period expires they’ll be able to renew it for another 3 or 6 months, or switch back to the standard monthly billing option.

How are the dedicated server discounts calculated

It is almost impossible to beat our quarterly and semi-annual billing period discounts. In order to maintain the competitive retail price levels we’ve deducted the discount from the given package’s wholesale price and the monthly profit you have set.

To give an example – in case a customer orders the Atom 1 dedicated server (the wholesale price is $60/mo) for 3 months and you have set a monthly profit of $15, the final 10%-OFF price the customer will have to pay will be formed by adding the discounted wholesale price ($54/mo) to your discounted monthly profit ($13.5), i.e. $54/mo + $13.5/mo = $67.5/mo.
You can see the discounts for the 3 and 6-month billing periods in your Reseller Control Panel. They are based on the particular package’s retail price.

The two new columns are located in the ‘Dedicated Offers’ section:

The new table that you can see right below the dedicated server packages in the ‘Dedicated Prices’ section features the monthly prices for the 3 and 6-month billing periods. It also displays the quarterly/semi-annual profit that you’ll make when the discount is applied.

Furthermore, based on the billing period your customers have selected you’ll be able to see the final retail price they’ll have to pay.

NOTE: Due to the higher transaction cost, the 6-month billing period supports only the bank transfer payment option.
